By submitting this registration you certify that: (1) you are an employer or authorized agent of an employer; (2) background checks will be used solely for employment purposes as defined under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681b(b)); and (3) you will comply with all FCRA employer obligations including providing required disclosures to applicants, obtaining written authorization, and following pre-adverse and adverse action procedures before taking any employment action based on a consumer report.
